One of Profusion's leading Financial Services clients is looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join their Melbourne team.
They have an inclusive culture and are building a Change Management capability from scratch for this enterprise transformation program.
**Role Overview**
***
As Change Analyst for a range of projects within the Digital, Technology and Security space and as part of your role, you will be required to deliver some of the following:
- Support the enterprise transformation program to implement a new tools, frameworks and processes
- Development of change and communications plans
- Business Impact assessments
- Support the development of Change Strategy and management plans
- Support business readiness, L&D;, and engagement activities
**Skills & Experience**

You will be a passionate Change Analyst who wants to progress in their career.
You will have previously delivered a mix of business change, transformation, security and service-related projects, and you will ideally have some of the following:
- Ideally worked in FinServices or medium to large corporate businesses
- 1-2 years of Change Analyst experience - Understand a range of Change Management methods
- Essential skills - excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Demonstrated experience working on previous technology, digital or security programs
