We are seeking a skilled and motivated FOH Team Leader to join our team at a busy and friendly bagel shop located in the heart of Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and motivate the FOH team to achieve excellent customer service and sales targets
* Manage inventory, stock, and supplies to maintain efficient operations
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workspace
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of daily tasks
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably as a supervisor or leader
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
* Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a busy and dynamic food service environment
* Knowledge of coffee preparation and serving procedures
* Fluency in English language (additional languages an advantage)
