We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. This will involve assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have a current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and demonstrated understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking.
