Job Overview
The Financial Counsellor will provide client-centred services relating to financial and gambling information, support, and strategies.
This role requires excellent skills in implementing strategies that address gambling harm, experience in financial issues associated with gambling, and demonstrated skills and experience in counselling and client assessment.
The successful applicant will possess a relevant tertiary qualification, be an accredited member of the Financial Counsellors' Association of NSW, or be working towards accreditation, and hold a current NSW driver's license.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide financial and gambling support services to clients
* Work with clients to develop strategies to address gambling harm
* Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote professionalism and best practice
* Maintain accurate records and reports
