We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding first-level customer support for client contacts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to troubleshoot complex issues.
The successful applicant will log all customer contacts as tickets into the IT Service Management tool to ensure that all issues and requests are captured, categorized, and prioritized.
