This opportunity works closely with our General Counsel to manage legal, risk and compliance matters delivering pragmatic business focused solutions.

You will be able to demonstrate commercial outcomes that can link strategy with your practical legal solutions. Your experience could include projects experience or in a defence supplier environment.
Develop commercial strategies
Review, advise and draft a wide range of agreements, contracts, solicitation requests, tender responses, and legal documentation
Conduct legal risk analysis and develop risk mitigation controls
Monitor legislative development and support compliance program, implementation
To be successful at NIOA, you are required to possess or have the ability to possess a Baseline Defence Security clearance and Police criminal history check. Fit2work checks will also be conducted.
