About the Position
The Program Manager for Enabling Capabilities will play a pivotal role in driving innovation in infectious disease research. This position requires a highly motivated professional with a strong scientific background and exceptional project management skills, capable of driving complex initiatives in a dynamic research environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Sustainable Operating Models: Create and implement business models for enabling capabilities, focusing on organoid models, humanised mice, and high containment systems.
* Technical Advisory Groups: Establish and manage advisory groups to ensure optimal engagement and utilisation of enabling capabilities.
* Collaborative Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the establishment and operation of enabling capabilities.
* Project Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of activities related to enabling capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
* A Master's Degree or PhD in Biological Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
* Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in managing budgets and developing financial models.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
