The Role
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Administrative and Business Support Officer to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you would work closely with the Manager Corporate Services to deliver high-quality finance and business operations support. You should collaborate with the Executive Team, Corporate Services, and staff across all campuses to ensure smooth operational and strategic outcomes that ultimately enhance student learning.
Additionally, the role will include assisting with:
* Coordinating purchasing across all campuses and managing freight logistics.
* Financial planning, monitoring, reporting, research, and analysis.
* Supporting the maintenance and replacement of the school's physical assets.
* Building and maintaining strong, effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing travel and accommodation bookings for staff and students.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Experience in school financial management, facilities management and knowledge of the department purchasing policies and procedures will be highly regarded.

o Demonstrated well developed financial management skills, including data analysis, interpretation and reporting, and the ability to provide recommendations.
o Demonstrated sound human resource management knowledge and skills, including the ability to provide effective support and input into the development, implementation and monitoring of human resource management systems and processes.
o Demonstrated sound verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
o Demonstrated sound conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to identify appropriate solutions.
