* Qualification in Aged Care or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to provide emotional support and connect with clients on a personal level
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities
* Providing home help services such as general housekeeping, cleaning, washing, folding and ironing laundry, meal preparation and grocery shopping
* Providing personal care services such as getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed, assisting with mobility and therapy goals, providing complex care for customers with high care needs, providing social and emotional support, and providing transport to lifestyle activities or appointments
