We are seeking passionate, committed and enthusiastic, Occupational Therapist who has the confidence and ability to make autonomous decisions and work collectively within the Multidisciplinary team. As an occupational Therapist within ESMHS you will be responsible for working with MDT in order to provide innovative, compassionate and recovery focused care. You will have the opportunity to work with a varied client group and in a role that is autonomous with support from the leadership team

Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.
* Must hold general registration with and qualifications recognised by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or ability to be registered at time of commencement.
* Extensive post graduate clinical experience in Mental Health Occupational Therapy
* Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills, including the ability to interact constructively with all stakeholders.
* Ability to provide in-depth advice and education to enhance service delivery.
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and to apply advanced reasoning skills.
* Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives
* Demonstrated commitment to consumer participation and recovery focus
