Your Time to Shine
The Business Improvement Analyst is responsible for leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of programs, projects and services that drive the design and implementation of a reformed, system-wide approach to educator capability across the organisation. This includes establishing and embedding the new Organisational Culture and Capability operating model, engaging with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the 2025 ASQA Standards, and contributing to the cultural and structural change required for long-term success.
What You'll Bring
* Significant experience in planning, developing, managing and delivering, workforce capability, or enterprise change programs, projects and services within large, complex organisations.
* Comprehensive knowledge of workforce systems and tools, service design, and governance principles and detailed knowledge of relevant government policy and TAFE SA procedures and practices.
* Significant experience in leading the detailed design, operationalisation, including leading transition planning, engagement and communication functions and undertaking the analysis of complex quantitative and qualitative data, utilising platforms such as Power BI, to develop data insights.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
