Culture and people first isn't just something we say – it's how we roll. the role We're seeking a passionate Paid Social Specialist who delivers exceptional results and thrives in our collaborative, people-first culture. You'll live and breathe social media (in the best way possible) while working with high-profile clients who trust us with their brand, and precious ad spend. What You'll Do: Drive paid social campaigns, inform strategy, and oversee client performance. You'll need strong client relationship skills, full funnel paid social experience, proven paid performance results with strong ROAS expertise, and experience mentoring junior team members. Role Breakdown: Paid Social Campaign Implementation (40%) – The fun stuff Client Relationship Management (20%) – The schmoozing Paid Social Strategy Development (15%) – The big brain energy Copywriting & Creative Management (15%) – The wordsmith magic Reporting (10%) – The necessary evil (but we make it fun) Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional client service, exceeding KPIs, timelines, and budgets Generate strategic ideas that make clients go "Why didn't we think of that?"
