About the Role
We're looking for a strategic leader to take the reins of Aurora Energy's Revenue and Credit operations, leading multiple teams across Billing and Credit, and the Your Energy Support (YES) program. This role is about creating seamless compliant processes that deliver accurate billing, effective credit strategies, and empathetic customer support, while safeguarding revenue and managing compliance risks to drive operational excellence. You'll champion innovation, foster collaboration, and empower your teams to deliver outcomes that make energy easy for Tasmanians.
Our Revenue and Credit team helps make energy easy by guiding customers through their billing and payment journeys with care and clarity.
We ensure bills areaccurateandtimely, support customers experiencing financial hardship with flexible solutions and work closely with internal and external partners to keep accounts ontrack. Whetherit'shelping someone understand their bill, setting up a payment plan or navigating complex situations like estate accounts or domestic violence,we'rehere to offer reliableassistanceand practical guidance, always with empathy and professionalism.

You're an experienced leader who thrives on complexity and knows how to bring out the best in diverse teams. You combine strong business and financial acumen with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at a senior level. You're curious, data-driven, and passionate about continuous improvement, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
