About the Role
In this casual role you will provide excellent service in person, over the phone and online. You will support sales and maintain showroom standards while handling stock and contributing to a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, that of teammates and customers.
Provide genuine service & create moments of delight for customers.
Use strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance.
Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
Process stock – receive, dispatch and store.
Be enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative, contributing to a positive team culture.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and climbing.
Qualifications
Valid Drivers Licence required.
Passion for cars & automotive.
Flexible availability over 7 days; penalty rates apply on weekends.
Experience in retail/customer service preferred but not mandatory.
