The Deputy Principal (Senior School) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading the strategic direction, innovation, and day‐to‐day operations of the Senior School (Years 10-12). This role focuses on ensuring every student is engaged in meaningful learning and supported to achieve successful post‐school pathways.

* Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Deputise for the Principal when required.

* Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
* Set high standards for student and staff performance.
