* End-to-end planning & coordination of promotional inventory for automotive parts & accessories.
* Analysis & evaluation of promotional inventory performance.
* Based in Rowville (VIC), Brisbane, or Sydney.

About The Role
* Plan promotional inventory for retail catalogues and sales events, ensuring flawless execution.
* Collaborate with Merchandise, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing teams to deliver excellence in inventory management for events such as Easter, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and other campaigns.
* Manage inventory and forecast analysis, quantify purchase and allocation requirements, and liaise with suppliers and distribution centres to allocate to over 400 Repco stores throughout Australia and New Zealand.
* Leverage data literacy with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, COGNOS, and the Mainframe ERP system to deliver meaningful planning, predictive analytics, and actionable outputs.
* Apply a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, including demand planning, supply chain coordination, and domestic and international logistics.
About You
* Strong communication skills at all levels and exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
* Efficient influencer who is intelligent with numbers, organized, proactive, and a true team player able to work under pressure and juggle priorities.
* Solid track record in retail supply chain planning and principles.
* Proactive in providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
* Strong data analytical, evaluation, and interpretation skills.
* Minimum intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Access Database, COGNOS, and Mainframe ERP experience is favorable.
* Customer‑centric mindset focused on delivering the best outcomes to internal and external customers.
* Ability to keep yourself and cross‑functional team members focused on timeline deliverables.
