**Salary package of up to $93,433, includes a base salary (of $74,912 - $82,688) + employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**About the role**
This position is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of Capability Group knowledge systems and processes by providing high quality coordinated team support to enable the publication of content, information and knowledge across various systems, mediums and tools.
**About you**
With a keen eye for detail and expertise in document formatting, you'll leverage your skills in Microsoft Word and Adobe Forms to optimise administrative support and streamline content delivery.
Working in a small team with tight timelines, you can identify and respond quickly to customer needs, collaborating to achieve best outcomes for the team and our customers.
You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised, and are a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, and providing innovative solutions.
In addition, you will have the following:
- Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent skill, knowledge and experience.
- Experience providing a range of coordination, administration and customer service activities to assist business functions supporting the creation, management and publication of content, knowledge and information.
- Demonstrated ability to use various corporate business/office information and communications technology and systems for activities such as records/data management and uploading content to share programs/ web.
- A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
