The role drives design and configuration decisions ensuring iChris is aligned with HCF’s operational requirements, legislative and regulatory compliance, and payments are processed accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide input on the project timeline and milestonesProvide regular project status updates on key deliverablesEngage and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of deliveryProvide subject matter expertise and recommendations on design and configuration to support decision making and ensure iChris is aligned with HCF’s operational requirements, legislative and regulatory compliance, and payments are processed accuratelyUndertake regular auditing of information in existing systems to ensure data integrity and accuracyTranslate business requirements into system configuration, populate data gathering and configuration workbooks, pre-validate extracted data files, work with implementation team to map and load data into iChris and validate data after it has been converted into iChrisManage and participate in system testingVerify parallel payroll testing results, review and resolve issues from exception reportsDevelop and deploy cutover plan and complete catchup transaction entriesTroubleshoot post implementation issuesCreate documentation on system configurations and processesLead and manage the decommission plan of Preceda including data extraction and retentionSupport the project team with technical queriesEssentialTertiary qualification in Computer Applications or related disciplineProven experience delivering end-to-end iChris implementationStrong technical skills in iChrisDeep functional understanding of iChrisEnd to end payroll processing experienceSound knowledge of award interpretation, and legislative payroll requirementsAbility to translate business requirements into technological solutionsProblem solving through analysisProven ability to develop pragmatic and well considered solutionsProcess oriented and tech savvyStakeholder managementChange managementAbility to demonstrate attention to detailAbility to work under pressure, with competing prioritiesExcellent time management / work organisation skillsHighly developed listening and communication skillsDesirableExposure to Preceda and JIRAAbout HCFAt HCF, our purpose is to bring our human touch to healthcare.
