Responsibilities
* Work a rotating 12‐hour roster (5:45 PM – 5:45 AM) with a 30% paid loading, overtime available.
* Primarily cover night shift duties, and support day shift when required.
* Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment.
* Operate and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Use the company's maintenance software (e.g., Maximo CMMS) for work order management.
* Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
* Australian Trade Qualification – Cert III Engineering Mechanical Trade.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and previous maintenance experience.
* Effective communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, automation or Maximo CMMS is a plus.
* Must have Australian working rights.
