We're seeking dynamic individuals to lead our performance audit teams. You don't need a financial or audit background—just a sharp eye for detail, strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and a genuine interest in how government programs and services operate.

What You'll Do:
* Lead audits that uncover waste, non-compliance, and highlight best practices.
* Investigate some of the largest and most complex public sector programs.
* Assess the reasonableness of Ministerial decisions to withhold information from Parliament.
* Explore a wide range of services and data sources to deliver meaningful insights.

We are establishing a pool of candidates for full or part time, permanent and fixed term vacancies that arise until 30 October 2026. Fixed term appointments may have the possibility of permanency. This process may also be used to fill other \"similar\" vacancies during this time.

We currently have several permanent full-time positions available, job share/part time will be considered.

* strong critical thinking, analytical and research skills to make evidence-based conclusions
* experience preparing written reports and succinctly communicating complex information
* experience leading teams to deliver projects within timelines
* well-developed interpersonal skills to facilitate cooperation and negotiate outcomes.
