This position offers a unique opportunity to combine front-of-house responsibilities with executive-level administrative support.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, employees and visitors, while also working closely with senior executives to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.About The RoleGreet & assist visitors, clients and staff with warmth and professionalismManage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondenceMaintain office supplies and reception area standardsEnsure confidentiality & discretion in handling informationProvide administrative support to an Executive Manager, managing calendars, appointments and scheduling with accuracyCoordinate meetings and events including agendas, minutes and travel arrangementsOversee contractor compliance and office maintenanceSupport WHS, Fire Warden, and First Aid coordinationProcess invoices, purchase orders (SAP preferred), and reportsAbout YouPrevious experience in reception or administration rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail with a customer-focused approachHighly organized with the ability to multitask and work autonomouslyProven ability to manage the administration for senior stakeholdersSAP experience preferred but not essentialWhat We OfferSupportive and collaborative culture that fosters innovation and inclusion.
