Relationship executive (Account Executive) - Automotive Fleet Management and Operating Leases My client is an international leader in the fleet management space who is growing fast in the Australian market. With offices all over Australia and the world they are able to give their customers the best possible solutions and their employees the most rewarding working environment in the market. With new products coming into the market and an exciting injection of fresh talent, this company is aiming to be an employer of choice in Australia and indeed around the world. This business is looking to secure the services of a proven Account Manager from within the Fleet Management industry to manage key accounts and drive business growth. The role is paying circa $85K Super and 20% bonus structure. The role on offer This role is a key appointment for the Melbourne office. With a number of strategically important accounts based in that market a strong Relationship Executive is required to be a point of contact for clients and maintain the highest levels of customer service. In addition your tasks will include: Building strong relationships within the customer organisational chart and identify and convert upsell / cross sell opportunities Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction Credit control activites for accounts over 30 days Completing credit applications and quotations for customers Train customers on products when required Attend customer presentations when required (not essential) You will be working with a leading company and will have state of the art IT tools at your disposal to allow you to add value to your clients at every opportunity. Further career progression will also be on offer for candidates who can prove themselves in this role over the medium term. This company has a 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH policy Selection Criteria To be successful in your application for this role you must possess: Previous Account Management experience in the Fleet Management or commercial finance industries Sound knowledge of business finance products such as operating leases Strong upselling and cross selling skills Strive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining proftiability. Strategic approach to account management and growth. The ability to multitask and prioritise Excellent communication skills You can work from the office 3 days a week in Moonee Ponds.
