About the Role
As a Care Worker supporting clients in Blacktown/Hills and surrounding areas, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team providing quality complex care and support in their own homes. Tasks include household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport.
This is a permanent part‐time role offering up to 60 hours per fortnight.

* Pay rates of $32.86/hr (unqualified) to $34.59/hr (qualified) plus superannuation per hour, paid travel time and mileage between clients. Vehicle/travel reimbursement will receive a temporary increase of 5 cents per kilometre until June 2026.
Requirements
* Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum Third‐Party Property Damage Insurance.
* Strong communication skills, resilience and patience.
* Proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
* Genuine caring nature and desire to make a positive difference in someone's day.
