* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to guarantee training program success.
* Contribute to the quality assurance and continuous improvement of our training systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in instructional design with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
* Strong understanding of the vocational education and training sector, including its regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
* Formal qualification such as TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
* Experience in designing and implementing digital learning programs with a focus on innovation and creativity.
* Leadership and project management experience driving business growth and improvement.
