Zinfra is seeking a motivated, safety‐conscious Gas Service Technician based in Orange, servicing Orange and the surrounding regions. In this hands‐on, field‐based role, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing essential gas networks, ensuring homes and businesses remain safe, powered, and connected every day.

Key Responsibilities include
* Complete all programmed and corrective maintenance of Zinfra's client gas facilities and networks
* Ensure no gas outages due to maintenance and repair techniques and reduce "call backs" or rework on work performed
* Working in accordance with the code of conduct and safety policies and procedures and report all system and component failures ensuring you are following respective procedures
* Carry out risk assessments on all work
About You
The successful applicant will have a good working knowledge of gas networks and experience working with a variety of tools and equipment.
* Experience working within the utilities sector
* Proactive approach towards safety and excellent safe working practices
* Flexibility to work reasonable overtime, as required to meet the needs of the business and being on a monthly after‐hours callout roster
* Plumbing Licence - Essential
* Current Australian drivers licence, White / Blue card, Asbestos awareness
