APS5 Data Officer
Key Responsibilities
* Extract, clean, and analyse operational data to support regional performance and service delivery insights.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and SAS.
* Conduct systematic research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in service operations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
* Support the development and implementation of data quality assurance processes.
Skills & Experience Required
* Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation.
* Sound understanding of the role of data in supporting regional service operations.
* Awareness of the broader strategic and operational context affecting data use and reporting.
* Experience in translating complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences
* Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, statistics, information systems, or a related field is desirable.
* Experience with government data systems and reporting frameworks.
* Familiarity with APS policies, procedures, and service delivery standards
