Job Summary:
\Helpers perform a critical role in ensuring the highest standard of product repair and customer satisfaction. The primary responsibility is to repair Raymarine and FLIR products, including thermal cameras and maritime equipment.
The role involves fault finding and repair of a wide range of products, with a focus on timeliness and quality. Interfacing directly with customers and working closely with the admin and product support teams is also essential.
