We're looking for a Business Development Manager who is a pure hunter. This is a new-logo acquisition role with uncapped earning potential, executive-level exposure, and the backing of experienced Principal Consultants to help you win. Job Description
You will own the end-to-end commercial sales process for new enterprise customers across our target verticals. Backed by senior Principal Consultants for solution design and technical credibility, your focus is entirely on acquisition — building pipeline, engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and driving them through to contract execution.
What you'll be doing:
* Identifying and engaging enterprise prospects through outbound activity, networking, and market research
* Building trusted relationships with senior executives, procurement leaders, and operational decision-makers
* Leading opportunity qualification, commercial strategy, pricing, and contract negotiation
* Coordinating and leading tender and RFP responses with internal stakeholders
* Maintaining a transparent, accurate enterprise pipeline and forecast
* Staying sharp on vertical trends, competitor positioning, and procurement dynamics
What you bring:
* Proven success in enterprise B2B new-logo sales — software, SaaS, or technology-enabled solutions preferred
* Experience selling into regulated environments (government, transport, health, aviation, or logistics)
* Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex buying groups with discipline
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and executive communication skills
* A genuine hunter mentality — resilient, autonomous, and results-driven
Compensation:
* Target OTE: competitive (uncapped)
* 5.0% commission on first-year SaaS ACV; 2.5% on professional services
