About the Opportunity
As a Tutor at RSA, you'll do more than scan, you'll set the standard for future Sonographers. Working closely with Radiologists, other Tutors, and our Chief Sonographer, you'll coach trainees, provide constructive feedback, and balance your teaching time with clinical lists. This role gives you the chance to build capability, confidence, and quality across the team while continuing to use your technical expertise in a supportive, people‐first culture.
In This Role, You Will
* Mentor trainees in image optimisation, reproducible measurements, and accurate documentation
* Provide constructive, supportive feedback and guide formal assessments
* Balance mentoring responsibilities with clinical scanning lists, maintaining high standards in patient care
* Collaborate with Radiologists, Tutors, and the Chief Sonographer to grow capability and confidence across the team
* Contribute ideas, share knowledge, and support a culture where respect, kindness, and teamwork are part of everyday practice

About You
You're a qualified Sonographer who takes pride not only in your scanning but also in growing others. You'll bring:
* Current ASAR registration and a postgraduate qualification in medical ultrasound
* A calm, collaborative, and organised approach
* Pride in meticulous scanning and clear, complete studies
* A passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of Sonographers
* Confidence working across multiple sites when required
* A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
