Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* A Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration and experience in senior clinical roles within aged care.

* Excellent assessment, care planning, and documentation skills.
* Solid knowledge of risk management, incident reporting, and infection prevention and control practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and teams.
