Job Title: HR Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR professional to join the business on a 12-month temporary contract with potential to extend. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, providing timely and strategic HR advice to managers and employees across a range of business functions.
* Recruitment Management:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Coordinate job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
HR Advice and Guidance:
* Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees on employment law, policies, and procedures.
* Develop and deliver training programs on employee engagement, ER/IR, and performance management.
HR Initiatives and Projects:
* Design and implement HR initiatives aligned to workforce plans and organisational priorities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies.
Reporting and Policy Development:
* Prepare and contribute to reports, business cases, and policy development on HR-related matters.
Continuous Improvement:
* Support HR project delivery, change initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
