The Role
We are seeking a motivated experienced
Graduate Architect
or
Architect
to join the team on a full-time basis. You will contribute to projects from concept through to delivery and gain exposure to a range of projects across sectors from large multistorey buildings to smaller works. This role provides exposure to design, documentation and project coordination while supporting your pathway toward architectural registration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing
concept designs, feasibility studies, and presentation materials
.
Support the development of
design documentation, specifications, and working drawings
using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate with consultants, clients and suppliers throughout the design process.
Contribute to
contract documentation
and assist in tender processes.
Participate in
site inspections
and liaise with contractors to monitor design compliance and quality.
Undertake research and analysis of
site conditions, planning requirements and building codes
.
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
(recognised in Australia).
Minimum
1–2+ years of relevant experience
in an architectural practice.
Proficiency in BIM
Revit
(open to ArchiCAD) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of
building codes, standards and documentation processes
.
Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
Registered or interested in pursuing
registration as an Architect
in Australia.
