We're now looking for a Full Time Area Director to join our vibrant team and support our teaching teams to create inspiring learning experiences for young children.
Where you'll work
With a total of six services - Ararat North Kinder Care, Carey Street Kindergarten, Jack and Jill Kindergarten, Lake Bolac Kindergarten, St. Andrews Kindergarten, and Willaura Kindergarten - set in a small community with ideal networking opportunities, the local area of Ararat is a dynamic location suited for someone who is seeking the challenge of leadership in a regional space.

Full Time - 38 hours per week
What You'll Do
As a valued member of our teaching team, you'll:
* Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child's growth and development
* Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
* Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
* Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You'll Bring
* Current Diploma-equivalent qualification (or higher) in early childhood education and/or support.
* A genuine interest in supporting children's development and commitment to ongoing learning
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
