From simple oil nozzles to hose reels, pumps, meters, couplings, through to full oil sampling, fuel management systems, hydrocarbon filtration systems, water carts and service trucks. With a range of market leading products such as Graco, Banlaw, Checkfluid, Hydrau-flo, ALRS and FSP and much, much more.
**The Opportunity**:

Your capacity to address challenges with innovative solutions and foster enduring client relationships will be essential. You will be instrumental in driving sales to both prospective and current clients. This position acts as the first point of contact with the customer, portraying a professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.
- Promoting sales to potential and existing clients
- Provide quotes and over the counter sales and support
- Assisting with warranty claims/fault finding /problem solving
- Provide exceptional after sales service and support
**Job tasks and responsibilities**
Reporting to the Sales Manager:
- Sales of the range of EPSS products heavily focused in the Mining and industrial sector.
- Prepare and provide quotations and solutions tailored for specific needs
- Take ownership from concept to completion.
- Learn and be proficient with products and services.
**Skills and experience**
Experience and qualifications required.
- _Australian Citizen or Permanent resident_
- _Fitter and Machinist Trade Certificate or equivalent from similar trade background i.e. Plant Mechanic_
- _Selling and Sales Skills_
- _Experience in Hydraulic Service._
- _Customer focused_
- _The ability to grow sales and maintain client relationships_
- _Can Do attitude, Energetic, Action orientated_
- _Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders_
- _Hands on approach_
- _Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience in the hydrocarbon transfer industry._
- _Have knowledge of the various styles of pumps, reels, valves, hydraulics, filters_
- _Proficient PC Skills_
- _Previous experience or knowledge with ERP and CRM systems_
