Forensic Data Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Data Analyst to join our team. As a Forensic Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in assisting our regulatory teams in reviewing and presenting evidence.
The successful candidate will have experience in eDiscovery and Evidence Management, with a strong understanding of litigation support tools such as Nuix Discover and Relativity.
You will be responsible for:
* Assisting with the preparation and compilation of criminal briefs, court books, and other documents for use in court.
* Providing timely, accurate, and effective extraction, filtering, analysis, and export of evidentiary material collected by us utilising a range of document management and litigation support tools.
* Providing matter support including hyperlinking evidence lists, indexes, and proformas.
* Collaborating closely with our team of experts to implement and report on progress of evidence review within our evidence management system.
* Following established procedures to support and administer assigned cases within our evidence management system.
* Providing advice and support to internal clients with evidence management inquiries.
* Managing workflow systems in accordance with agreed service levels and key performance indicators.
Key skills and qualifications include:
* Experience in eDiscovery, legal services, professional services, or operational/data processing environments.
* Strong technical expertise and skills to resolve complex enquiries and issues as they arise.
* Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), relational databases (MS Access).
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision and in a high-volume and dynamic processing environment.
