Centre Office Administrator (Part-Time – Immediate Start) – (Shoalwater)
Nestled in the coastal community of Shoalwater, our brand-new centre provides a welcoming, light-filled environment with engaging play spaces and a nature-inspired outdoor area where children can learn, explore and thrive. We are looking for a motivated and organised Centre Office Administrator to join our team and support the daily operations of our growing service.
About the Role:
This is a part-time position starting at 15 hours per week, with hours increasing as the centre grows. This newly created role requires a warm, experienced and highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills. Working closely with the Director/Nominated Supervisor, you will provide essential administrative support while ensuring compliance with CCS and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage enrolments, centre tours, emails, and general enquiries
* Confidently welcome and guide new families through centre tours
* Support CCS processing, compliance, and financial administration (invoicing, payments, records)
* Maintain accurate records in line with legislative requirements
* Assist with day-to-day office operations and team support
* Build positive relationships with families, children, and staff
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in administration
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Owna Childcare Software (desirable)
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage new families
* Knowledge of CCS and Family Assistance Law (desirable)
* Early Childhood Educator experience is desirable
* Highly organised with attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and child safety
Requirements:
* Working With Children Check (WA)
* Approved Child Protection Training & National Child Safety Training
* Relevant administrative/clerical qualification
* Australian work rights are required at the time of application
* Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training will be provided
