As Manager Portfolio Delivery you'll be the driving force behind project success in the Division of Information Technology (DIT). This is your opportunity to shape project management practices, lead a talented team and deliver initiatives that matter.
You'll provide expert guidance on governance and methodologies, champion lean‐agile approaches and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Beyond delivery you'll coach and mentor project managers, build capability and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior leaders you'll help set priorities, align projects with strategy and keep quality at the heart of everything we do. * Extensive experience in project management tools, techniques and methodologies.
* Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor diverse teams.
* Strong knowledge of governance, risk management and quality assurance.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation.
