This position is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving the organisation's remuneration, benefits, and people analytics frameworks. The role ensures the organisation remains competitive, compliant, data-driven, and aligned to business strategy while providing actionable insights to support executive and people decisions

Tasks and responsibilities..
* Conduct remuneration benchmarking using AON external market data to ensure competitiveness and internal equity, compile remuneration, survey submissions and analysis of market data to provide insights and recommendations.
* Provide remuneration advice to the P&C Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring alignment to market data and internal frameworks.
* Support the annual remuneration review process, including system testing, data integrity checks, and preparation of recommendations.
* Contribute to the delivery of remuneration and benefits projects, including data audits, process improvements, and system updates
* Maintain the integrity of remuneration data across internal systems.
* Support the end‐to‐end remuneration function, including market benchmarking, maintaining remuneration frameworks job evaluation, supporting annual and cyclical review processes, ensuring governance and compliance, and aligning all reward practices with organisational policies and legislative requirements.
* Develop and maintain people analytics dashboards and reports, analyse workforce and remuneration data to identify key trends and risks, provide data‐driven insights to leaders, support gender pay equity analysis and reporting, and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of all people data
Skills and experience..
* Experience in remuneration, HR reporting, or people analytics or broader HR experience with strong interest in data.
* Exceptional analytical skills and comfort working with complex remuneration data
* Ability to influence stakeholders and provide practical, business-focused recommendations
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrated ability to present data in clear, meaningful ways.
* Advanced data analysis and reporting capability with confidence working across multiple systems.
* Experience with HRIS and compensation analytics tools (preferable Hi Bob)
* Experience working in a medium to large, complex organisation preferred.

* Highly motivated, self directed team player who works closely with the business to support service delivery and growth strategies.
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Analytics or other related discipline and/or AHRI certification.
