About the RoleWe are looking for a Partnerships Manager (APAC) to drive Supy's growth through strategic partnerships across Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
This role is critical to expanding our ecosystem of partners - including POS providers, accounting software, hospitality consultants, and other complementary tech solutions - while ensuring a steady stream of high-quality leads and revenue growth from these relationships.While Australia will be the primary focus, this role will also support partnership opportunities across key APAC markets, helping to expand Supy's presence in the region.This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne, offering the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a strong connection with our local team.
The working hours will primarily align with regular business hours in Australia, but occasional flexibility is required for sporadic online meetings outside office hours to stay connected with our global HQ in Dubai.We offer a competitive compensation package based on on-target earnings (OTE), which includes a base salary plus a performance-based commission.Key Responsibilities1) Develop and Grow Strategic PartnershipsIdentify, engage, and establish partnerships with businesses that align with Supy's Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) across Australia and APAC.Manage both referral and reseller partnerships, ensuring clear value exchange and collaboration.Build relationships with POS providers, accounting platforms, hospitality consultants, and other tech vendors to create win-win collaborations.Work closely with partners to ensure mutual value exchange, including lead-sharing and co-marketing opportunities.2) Nurture and Expand Existing PartnershipsStrengthen relationships with current partners by facilitating knowledge exchange, co-branded campaigns, and collaborative sales initiatives.Monitor partnership performance and continuously refine engagement strategies to maximize impact.Conduct regular check-ins, enablement sessions, and partner workshops to keep them engaged and informed.3) Support Sales in Closing DealsWork closely with the sales team to convert partnership-generated leads into paying customers.Ensure partners are equipped with the right materials and knowledge to confidently refer and recommend Supy.Identify opportunities to integrate partners into the sales cycle to shorten deal timelines and increase win rates.What Success Looks LikeYour performance will be measured by:Number of qualified leads generated from partnerships.Added recurring revenue from partnership-sourced deals.Engagement and activity levels with partners, ensuring a pipeline of ongoing opportunities.Who You AreWe are looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Must-haves?
