Job Title: Public Safety Officer
The key attributes for success in this role are the ability to deliver exceptional customer service, a proactive and problem-solving mindset, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be willing to provide support and assume additional responsibilities as needed. They must also possess the ability to work within a rotational roster that may include night shifts, day shifts, and weekends.
Australian citizenship or unlimited work rights are mandatory requirements, along with a demonstrated proficiency in preparing and writing reports and utilizing computer systems and security-related software (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft applications). A valid QLD Security License, including the Monitoring Subclass, and Crowd Control endorsement are highly desirable. Additionally, a current First Aid & CPR certificate is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Providing robust customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients.
* Conducting regular building patrols to identify and mitigate security and safety risks.
* Identifying and reporting potential hazards and building faults for rectification.
* Offering assistance to tenants and responding to emergency situations.
