Human by nature.12 month secondmentBased in Smithfield at our manufacturing plant, the Warehouse Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Warehouse & Distribution Team. This includes providing daily SAP generated reports, generating stock transfers, processing and managing inventory transactions, managing the sea and air export process, and generating Shipping Lists for goods sent to Givaudan customers. The use of SAP to receipt inbound and record stock movement is integral to this role.The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:Generating reports in SAP, including Shipping Files.Raising purchase orders and receiving stock & samples into SAP.Following up and resolving inventory issues.Physically checking stock for transfer to 3PL, generating excel uploads, and completing stock movements in SAP.Compiling customer delivery paperwork, processing PGI SAP transitions, and filing for audits.Maintaining and ordering office supplies.Organizing transport collections/deliveries, considering Chain of Responsibility.Processing pallet enquiries and requests for production use (CHEP/Loscam and plain).Preparing country- and customer-specific export certificates.To be successful in this role, you will need:Previous experience with logistics administration using SAP.Strong administrative skills, including time management.Understanding of export processes and documentation.Knowledge of supply chain principles, including Chain of Responsibility.Dangerous Goods Management Certification (IATA/IMDG Air and Sea) is highly regarded.Working Hours:Regular hours are 08:30 - 16:30, but flexibility to cover other shifts is required, as the warehouse operates from 4 am to 8 pm.This role is on-site; work from home arrangements are not available.Applicants must be permanent residents with full work rights in Australia.At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.
