About the Company
This role involves maintaining gardens and outdoor areas at multiple sites across Melbourne.
Our current coverage includes areas such as Dandenong, airport and surrounding suburbs, and the role will require travelling between sites during the day. You will work independently to complete scheduled grounds maintenance tasks while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety.
With our growing portfolio of sites, we are currently recruiting several gardeners who are reliable, organised and take pride in delivering well-maintained landscapes.
About the Role

Our current coverage includes areas such as Dandenong and the Melbourne Airport area, along with surrounding suburbs. The role will require travelling between sites during the day and working independently to complete scheduled grounds maintenance tasks while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety.
With our growing portfolio of sites, we are currently recruiting several gardeners who are reliable, organised and take pride in delivering well-maintained landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform routine garden and grounds maintenance across client sites
· Maintain lawns, garden beds, hedges and landscaped areas
· Carry out mowing, edging, trimming, pruning and general garden upkeep
· Remove weeds, green waste and debris to maintain clean and safe outdoor areas
· Maintain pathways, access areas and outdoor spaces in a safe and presentable condition
· Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely
· Travel between multiple sites across Melbourne throughout the day
· Identify and report hazards, defects or maintenance issues to supervisors
· Maintain professional conduct when attending client locations
Required Skills and Experience
· 4–5+ years' experience in gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance
· Strong knowledge of garden upkeep and maintenance
· Experience operating gardening tools and equipment safely
· Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
· Reliable, punctual and physically fit for outdoor work
· Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining outdoor spaces
· Current Australian driver's licence
· Hold a valid WWCC clearance
· Hold a valid police clearance (willing to obtain)
