The Role
As a Customer Solutions Specialist (Engineering Geologist) based in Brisbane, you''ll support the success of Seequent's civil and environmental solutions across the APAC region. You'll combine technical expertise with strong customer engagement to deliver tailored support, training, and mentoring for users of Leapfrog Works and related software.
You'll build trusted relationships from pre‐purchase through long‐term use, ensuring seamless technical support and high customer satisfaction. Working closely with commercial, product, and global technical teams, you'll help promote best‐practice workflows and support the growth of Seequent's software portfolio.
This hands‐on, customer‐facing role includes regional travel and offers strong opportunities for professional development within an innovative, fast‐moving environment solving real‐world civil, environmental, and ground engineering challenges.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Provide expert guidance across engineering geology, geotechnical workflows and Seequent software, helping users get the most out of our solutions.
* Support sales and customer teams by delivering engaging demos, trial support and practical workflow advice that drives customer success.
* Deliver fast, clear and confident technical support — including remote and in‐person training, troubleshooting and mentoring users of all levels.
* Stay connected with customers through health checks, product updates and best‐practice guidance to ensure strong, ongoing adoption.
* Represent Seequent at events, webinars and conferences to grow your domain expertise and help strengthen our presence across the region.
* Keep customer activity up to date in CRM systems and share real user insights with product teams to help shape future improvements.
Essential Experience
* Located in Australia to support growth in this key market.
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* 5+ years of professional experience in engineering geology, geotechnical investigations, geological modelling, and/or development of conceptual site models.
* Strong experience using relevant geotechnical or geological modelling software.
