* Deputise for the Principal as required, upholding the deputy principalship as a values‑based, ethical and moral leadership role.
* Embed socially just, inclusive practices in everyday school life and set high expectations for student achievement and staff performance.
* Build and sustain strong partnerships with parents, community groups, government agencies, industry and business to enhance learning opportunities.
* Manage school resources strategically to achieve organisational goals, with a sound understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
