Overview
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and a safe, welcoming environment for residents. You will:
* Lead, develop, and inspire the staff team
* Drive quality improvements and maintain regulatory compliance
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners
* Oversee budgets, occupancy, and service performance
* Promote a positive culture supporting resident wellbeing and dignity
Responsibilities
* Provide strong and visible leadership to the staff team
* Ensure the highest standards of residential and dementia care
* Maintain full compliance with CQC requirements and internal policies
* Manage staffing, rota planning, recruitment, and training
* Oversee budgets, occupancy, and service performance
* Foster a positive, resident-focused culture
About You
* Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
* Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Passionate about delivering exceptional care
* Level 5 Health & Social Care (or working towards) desirable
