About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Solutions Consultant to join our team. As an Automation Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities for growth in customer accounts and developing effective plans to achieve these goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies that align with customer business objectives and Red Hat's automation solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, solutions architecture, and professional services, to deliver value to customers
* Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer needs
* Maintain a deep understanding of customer business drivers and technology requirements to position Red Hat's automation solutions as a key enabler of innovation and digital transformation
* Engage senior executives (C-Level decision makers) to build relationships and win their mindshare
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
* You have 10+ years of experience selling automation and management software offerings, cloud services, or related technology offerings
* You possess value-based solutions selling experience, with the ability to translate customer business and transformation objectives to the value delivered by technology solutions
* You have creative thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with a passion for open source technology and understanding of the Red Hat software subscription business model
* You can work seamlessly with global, cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers
* You balance strategic, tactical, technical, and creative thinking skills
