Job Summary:

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Owners Corporation Managers (OCM) and Senior Owners Corporation Managers (SOCM) to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments within a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will be supported by two dedicated team members across Trust Accounting and Operations, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional service to your clients.

While the role operates in a fast-paced environment, our team is highly collaborative and committed to supporting one another. We are particularly interested in candidates who are passionate about helping to modernise and digitise the industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and present reports on financial performance, maintenance schedules, and other property management issues
* Lead your Pod (team) - which includes Trust Accounts and Operations support.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
* Provide administrative support to the Owners Corporation team as needed.

Qualifications

* Owners Corporation Management Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Law, Economics or Real Estate preferred, but not required.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PropertyIQ, Asana.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Current driver's license and vehicle.
