We are working exclusively with a leading global bulge bracket investment bank with a strong presence in Australia and a highly active infrastructure franchise. The platform is well established across corporate Australia and globally, advising on large scale and complex transactions across both public and private markets. The team continues to see strong deal flow and is well positioned for further growth.
The team covers a broad range of infrastructure sectors including energy and renewables, utilities, transport, digital infrastructure and core plus assets. You will work closely with senior bankers on live transactions, with a strong focus on execution and meaningful responsibility from day one.
This is an opportunity to build deep transaction experience across M&A, strategic advisory and capital processes. You will be involved in acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings, strategic reviews and broader corporate advisory mandates, working as part of a lean and collaborative team.
The role offers strong development, exposure to high quality deals and a clear pathway for progression within a global platform.
We are looking to speak with candidates with 6 to 10 years of experience from investment banking, leading boutiques or M&A teams within accounting firms. You will have solid deal experience, strong technical capability, good academics and a genuine interest in infrastructure and transactions.
