They're now looking for a driven, strategic, people-first Business Development Manager to join their Brisbane team, and accelerate growth through partnerships, referrals, and smart business development.

What you'll be doing
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of growth by:
* Driving new opportunities via networking, referrals, and creative lead generation
* Building long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
* Representing a trusted, respected brand that opens doors quickly
* Innovating your approach (initiative is rewarded and ideas are genuinely valued)
What you'll bring
* 3+ years' experience in business development or sales (any industry considered)
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and deal-making confidence
* High energy, initiative, and a proactive mindset
* Real Estate Licence/Agent Rep Certificate preferred; local property market knowledge a plus
