What this opportunity involves:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong financial acumen and excellent administrative skills? Join our team at 670 Chapel as our new Administration Manager This position is Part-Time, 3-days per week.
An overview of the role:
* Maintain financial accuracy and budget tracking of the Centre's operating costs
* Analyse and manage Income and Expenditure (P&L) reports
* Process monthly accruals, journals, and prepayments
* Prepare and distribute Outgoings and Marketing Budget Statements annually
* Calculate and process turnover rent where applicable
* Manage reception, including customer service, calls, and enquiries
* Handle office documentation, correspondence, filing, and record-keeping
* Maintain various office registers (lost property, keys, breaches, retailer lists, etc.)
* Prepare and distribute monthly reports with commentary on budget variances
* Perform lease administration duties, including maintenance of Tenancy Schedules, Insurances, and Bank Guarantees
* Manage invoice processing, including raising purchase orders and coding
* Support maintenance of operational risk and compliance matters
* Ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements (sales reporting, insurance, trading hours, etc.)
* Assist Centre Management team in maintaining presentation standard
* Liaise with Receivable and Processing team on financial matters
* Coordinate with Property Finance team on MRI financial requests and processes
* Support Centre Manager in addressing operational issues related to the Centre and Owners Corporation

This is what we're looking for:
* Previous experience supporting a small team in an administrative capacity
* Financial or accounting experience preferred
* Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills
* Ability to work on-site due to operational requirements
